May 25, 2019 · For pve best staff is the one which have relict artifact in craft with cataclysm skill. 1) its reduce 50+ armor 2) probably the biggest aoe skill 3) well,its have not the worst damage. Cursed staff in pve = its always decent damage with double armor penetration W (spear) 40-45 + E cataclysm 50-55 . So you giving quite good boost for party.
