technically speaking fedora is more stable than Arch but in the Linux world older is equal to more stable. but here's the twist, fedora is a fixed release while also being a rolling release in the testing branch while Arch only having an LTS kernel and some LTS drivers meaning an update from the arch repos could ruin you're perfectly working system but nowadays that is more than unlikely.
