Fedora has dnf dragora, which at least till last year was awfully slow, while opensuse uses Yast, which is perfectly fine. I am not experienced enough to tell other differences between the package managers, but for a low level user like me this is quite a big difference.
Fedora: pretty up to date and fastly updated, great Gnome, easy to set up if you use easyLife or Fedy for fine tuning; I've tested Fedora 21, it's great; there's a good documentation on their site, there's not the huge software collection you have on Ubuntu/Debian world or Arch; it's a good way to get familiar with the RedHat world;
