Are you getting the " Failed to merge full backup file" daily? ... actually I've done several, in each case using the restore point indicated in the error.

31.10.2017 · Without seeing all the details, I'm assuming the individual VMs are successful, but the job is failing overall because of the merge. Have you tried doing something like a restore of individual files from the Backup Copy Job to see if you are able to restore them? If your merge is failing, you still have an issue that needs resolved.
