You can just quote words or whole queries in Google and it won't try to correct what you type and will force matches on the words you quote.

Startpage.com = mainly Google search results in privacy. DuckDuckGo = mainly Yahoo search results in privacy. It's better to use these services rather than going directly to Google or Yahoo. Both offer privacy and no filter bubble searching. If you happen to use DDG, you can "bang" into Startpage.com using the !s or !sp bang.

I’ve been using DuckDuckGo for a few years, and I think the biggest difference is that if you give an ambiguous query, Google will throw 20 different result types at the wall to see what sticks. And DuckDuckGo will just give you the 10 results that best match the ambiguous query, so probably not what you wanted.
