If both manjaro and windows are listed, remove manjaro bootentry with sudo efibootmgr -b xxxxx -B where xxxx is manjaro bootentry listed in efibootmgr. And set windows efibootentry to top of priority sudo efibootmgr -o yyyy,zzzz,pppp,qqqq where yyyy is the windows bootentry listed in efibootmgr.
