31.10.2021 · I think I figured out about why bcdedit was not working for me. I had to reset the id of the EFI partition after I must have over-written it when installing Manjaro in dual boot with Windows and when I did that the flag on the partition was msftdata when it should be boot, esp I changed that using gparted in linux and now I can use bcdedit again !
