Most of the themes I use are actually mash-ups of Global, Plasma, Appearance, Colors, Window Decorations, Icons and Fonts of different themes, as well as a couple customizations I've done myself. I almost never use a Global Theme as-is. I'd love to be able to save my current configuration without resorting to CLI or 3rd party solutions.
