For Example Manjaro provides all stable Kernels available on kernel.org, while Arch Only provides the latest stable and the latest LTS Kernel, but keep them rolling. So you dont have to do anything on Arch to get the latest Kernel, but need to switch kernels all the time yourself on Manjaro.

It’s not HW issues, it’s breakages due to the opinionated defaults that Manjaro put in place for their flagship isos and base skels. Aug 01, 2020 · Manjaro is based on Arch Linux and it is Arch compatible, but it is not Arch. It’s not even a pre-configured version of Arch with just a graphical installer. Arch doesn’t come with the usual comfort out of the box, which is why most people prefer something easier.

Manjaro-Architect is a CLI (or actually TUI) net-installer, which means it does not need or provide a (real) graphical interface but uses a console or terminal menu to download all packages for the target system from the internet during installation rather than extracting a compressed ISO image.

Though Manjaro and arch can be considered same, it is not 100% true. It's a customized arch based distro with controlled package release cycle. Good thing about Manjaro is the community.
