For Example Manjaro provides all stable Kernels available on kernel.org, while Arch Only provides the latest stable and the latest LTS Kernel, but keep them rolling. So you dont have to do anything on Arch to get the latest Kernel, but need to switch kernels all the time yourself on Manjaro.

It’s not HW issues, it’s breakages due to the opinionated defaults that Manjaro put in place for their flagship isos and base skels. If I went the Manjaro Architect route, then I would probably had the stablest system ever.
