It was working all fine, when I had 16 GB efi partition - I have used Manjaro with such a setup for 2 months. I didn’t have to configure anything, a fresh install from live USB worked.

To be clear tho - Windows doesn't need to be first in the boot order - it just needs to be installed first before you install a Linux distro to dual boot. Once you've got both OS's installed, you can totally go into BIOS and rearrange the boot order so it defaults to whatever your flavor of the week is.

I’m sorry, but to the best of my knowledge, that kind of installation is not supported.
