In this repository you will find my personalized configuration for Manjaro Linux i3 Community Edition with necessary description of all changes.

I use Manjaro with i3, and have previously used the i3 edition (and my i3 config still uses bits that came with i3 edition of Manjaro). It comes with a very functional setup out of the box, and is a good way to quickly get up and running with i3.

Just use the community edition manjaro i3. They've pretty much hit the config out of the park. You can rice it to your liking afterwards if you're into that nonsense. I just run it on my laptop as a purely tiled environment on a single screen+touchpad is much more productive than floating window managers/desktop environments.
