Oct 08, 2020 · You need to choose grub, named as Manjaro, first by checking the boot order in the uefi, if not already done. If you booted the Linux Install Disk in legacy BIOS mode, then it will not be installed as UEFI and therefore it cant be booted. Windows and Linux can share a uefi boot partition that shouldn’t be a Problem.

23.11.2018 · When installing manjaro I did have two windows sections on the drive(OS and recover ) I created one 650mb primary for boot/efi and created an extended section. inside that extended section, I created the root and home sections. After a successful installation, i rebooted the computer. After posting, it goes straight to Manjaro login screen.
