As someone whos run multiple AMD GPUs over the years for Linux gaming, I would highly recommend sticking with the open source drivers. AMDGPU-Pro doesn't support Arch/Manjaro and is actually slower with gaming (except for a select few Vulkan titles) so the really isn't a good reason to run them.

11.04.2021 · I would always recommend booting with open source drivers that way your system will boot without any issues. If you have a laptop with dual (intergrated and dedicated) you can install nvidia prime drivers after you have booted. I am on Intel. Lenovo Thinkpad e14 gen2.
