Hi, I allocated 20Gb of space for root once I installed Manjaro. It's quickly filled up and I need to extend the space on it.

Partition Hard Disk · /boot partition – 512MB · swap partition – 2048MB · /root partition – remaining space.

For my 32 GB SD Card it configured directly msdos Partition Table with file system FAT16 boot partition of size 98.6 MB, and one primary partition with ext4 file system and total size 31.8 GB. Hello, so currently on my machine I have a Windows install on a 3.6 TiB RAID 10 array that I would like to dual boot Manjaro Linux on.

Mount point, Partition, Partition type GUID, Suggested size ... both the manjaro and windows partition unmounted and ready to be resized.

If you have a single manjaro partition rather than having a separate one for /home it may be a bit more complicated. either way, using Live Media with partitions un-mounted is the safer method as far as I know but @gohlip is the guru to ask about such matters.

Apr 29, 2020 · Boot a live ISO and use Gparted to resize the Manjaro partition. There is the possibility of the resize process changing the partition's UUID which will render your system unbootable.
