Jun 11, 2020 · Manjaro recommends that our system have a swap partition equal to the size of our RAM, or 8 GB if the amount of RAM exceeds that. Reduce the size of this new partition by the amount of RAM you have in your system. If you have more than 8 GB of RAM, then only reduce this number by 8 GB (8,000 MB).
04.02.2019 · Afterwards you can proceed with resizing the manjaro partitions. If you have a single manjaro partition rather than having a separate one for /home it may be a bit more complicated. either way, using Live Media with partitions un-mounted is the safer method as far as I know but @gohlip is the guru to ask about such matters.

Apr 29, 2020 · Boot a live ISO and use Gparted to resize the Manjaro partition. There is the possibility of the resize process changing the partition's UUID which will render your system unbootable. Before you resize the partition - use a terminal to list the partitions with their UUID - and leave the terminal open. lsblk -lo NAME,PATH,UUID
