The security fixes are a day, or two, behind Arch's generally speaking. At least, from hearsay. I haven't had any critical patches needed since I set up the Manjaro box. Full disclosure, I don't update my arch box every day, or even every week. The lag could be longer or shorter simply based on my timing.
