I just installed manjaro KDE alongside win10 and it can't detect networks. My WiFi card is realtek 8821ce and I tried a host of kernel and lunch header changes to get this fixed but to no avail. In my last attempt I downgraded to kernel 4.19 and ever since my manjaro won't even boot.

You can recognize this bar because is an inverted triangle. Then, reboot and in the grub menu choose the linux54 kernel on boot. I assume you have the grub menu installed.
