As mentioned in my original post, I installed OpenWRT onto the Asus router previously running DDWRT. Apparantly the image that was flashed did not come with web gui. At present, I am stuck trying to figure out how to install the 17 files previously mentioned (necessary for gui) since I have no internet connectivity when working with the router.
