Remove storage pools. This does not delete any data, and does not disconnect or unmount anything. It just removes the storage configuration.

Also, storage in proxmox is not always a physical drive on a machine. It could also be a network location (NFS/SMB/CIFS), or even a web location identified by a URI (Ceph/WebDav) The correct answer is to just go to Datacenter -> Storage and manage it there, as storages are managed across the whole cluster, not necessarily on the specific host.
