Now that I got a new phone and mase a reset on the old one I can not access my DiskStation anymore. I know the admin PW, but clicking "Send emergency code" does not help anything. Maybe I did not leave an e-mail address for the admin account.

If that doesn't work, like Telos said you can rest your NAS.
