Pronouns

'Them' referring to persons In Dutch, we use two different pronouns for 'them' referring to persons: One for the indirect object (hun) and one for the direct object (hen).

Most non-binary Dutch speakers use “die” (that / the one) and “hun” (theirs). Or, they just ask people to use their name in stead of pronouns, where possible.
