This would increase Timeshift in terms of speed, efficiency in replacing old files, and OS stability as well. At best, I wouldn't consider this a feature but rather a major upgrade for its upcoming releases.

I was wondering if a grub men entry could be written into the grub so timeshift can be accessed via grub menu in the event of a system crash which I’ve experienced from many OS’s. Timeshift to the rescue? Unless your set it up for it, Timeshift doesn't snapshot your ESP partition. Now I’m wondering how to restore grub and, if I remember it right, I’ve got /bootand /boot/efi backed-up in Timeshift as well. Just restore the files. ESP partitions doesn't have any special bit like on Legacy BIOS(MBR) ones.
