I have a USG-Pro-4 and a US-24-250w. I have Windows clients that aren't able to sync with any NTP servers out on the internet. The Mac clients work fine. If I move the Windows machines outside of the USG-Pro-4, they sync fine so there is something that the gateway is not allowing.
