Nextcloud can do all you want and if you set it up using the spaceinvaderone tutorial you will be well on your way to photograph security. As for the backup portion of this... I personally run my unraid server as JBOD right now as its mostly replaceable media, however I backup my Nextcloud directory to backblaze using duplicati docker.
