I don't know if that's a thing you can change without modifying the database. I wouldn't touch that. You might be able to create a new vCenter entry with the new IP address in Veeam, then recreate the backup job, then use the existing backup data to seed the new job - that would at least save you having to redo the entire backup chain. 2. level 2.

I'm sure not many of your customers (SMB) would be familiar nor comfortable with Powershell scripting to make config changes to Veeam.
