I don't know if that's a thing you can change without modifying the database. I wouldn't touch that. You might be able to create a new vCenter entry with the new IP address in Veeam, then recreate the backup job, then use the existing backup data to seed the new job - that would at least save you having to redo the entire backup chain. 2. level 2.
