19.07.2021 · Veeam Self-Service Backup Portal is a web-based portal that provides members of vCloud Director (vCD) organizations with self-service operations for vCD VMs protection, including VM and file restore. These operations do not require to create specific user accounts or assign specific roles to them at the Veeam Backup Enterprise Manager level.

Veeam Platform® is available in two packages: Veeam Availability Suite™ and Veeam Backup & Replication™. It is licensed with the Veeam Universal License (VUL) which is an easy-to-use, per-workload license, available via subscription or perpetual options, for protecting data across on premises and multi-cloud environments.

With the Veeam CSP licenses (not sure what type of license you have), there is a 60 day grace period. We just do it sometime the 1st week or two via the Veeam Pulse Portal, then the order is sent to our distributor, Tech Data in our case. I have to assume Pax8 works pretty much the same was as this is driven by Veeam, not the distributor.
