Dear Experts, we are using Veeam 9.5 to backup our VMs, but the speed of reading disk was very slow, about 20-30 MB/s.

Veeam is installed on one of the VM's, using a datastore on the EMC. Currently, my average processing rate is going between 2 MB/s ~ 10 MB/s. 2-3 VM's, performs much better rate, around 100~200 MB/s, And I have no clue why. Almost all of the VM's having average speed of 2~10 MB/s which is very slow..
