03.08.2014 · I have heard of this before, but I can't remember anymore what it was, I only remember it was a problem on the client and nothing to do with Veeam Endpoint. However, just to be sure, can you let the client make a support case through the control panel UI so our support teams can have a look at it?
20.04.2017 · Re: Timed out requesting agent port for client sessions. I have just seen that Bitdefender was blocking VeeamAgent.exe because of "suspicious behaviour". I have since uninstalled Veeam Agent 2.0 so I cannot test to see if this was the cause but the first time it blocked it was the 9th March, which was 3 days before I posted my comment here.
