I'm using esxi free 6.5 to host a vm. The vm was working fine until we had a power outage. Now when I try to power on the vm it stuck at 0%. I've restarted the host many times but still has the same issue? The other vms boot fine. The vm is windows server 2008 r2
05.04.2017 · I just powered it off to try and add more ram, but when I tried to turn it back on it got stuck. This has happened to me before, but it was only with new VMs that I created, and they eventually came up, but it just took several hours. Try canceling, power off VM, and revert the RAM changes. Maybe that RAM upgrade caused the issue
