May 16, 2021 · I upgraded to DSM 7 RC and was able to get my Z-Wave (Aeotec Z-Stick Gen5 (ZW090))/Zigbee (ConBee II) USB devices to work. In my case, I run HA in docker and run zwavejs2mqtt for Z-Wave and then zigbee2mqtt for my Zigbee stick.

I am running Hass on a vm on dsm 7. Really happy with the performance. Docker works well too but I was not too happy with not having hacs to play with, hence the vm. I have a conbee2 plugged into the USB port at the back. Works great.

14.04.2019 · Log into your DSM through the webpage (typically <LAN IP>:5000). Open the Package Center, then click on Manual Install, and select the file you just downloaded on your local machine. Click Next and install the package. Plugin the USB stick into the NAS and reboot it. If all goes as planned, you will have a working and recognized USB stick.
