Feb 09, 2021 · Which one? Mhwd should automatically detect your graphics card and install the correct driver for you. Ideally it should be video-hybrid-intel-nvidia-prime but if its an older card you may get the 390 driver installed.

Apr 22, 2019 · Note: the Manjaro driver installer usually detects proprietary drivers. If your devices are already working and the installer doesn’t show it, it means you are using the open source ones already built into the Linux kernel, and there is no need to install anything else.
11.04.2021 · I would always recommend booting with open source drivers that way your system will boot without any issues. If you have a laptop with dual (intergrated and dedicated) you can install nvidia prime drivers after you have booted. I am on Intel. Lenovo Thinkpad e14 gen2.
