The network manager works fine, connecting to every WiFi ... if you have the old AP still listed, then nmcli c delete 'My Old Connection'.

How can I make wifi-menu forget a network. Is it stored in a file somewhere? Yup. Find and delete the entry in the folder "/etc/network.d/".

I have tried installing vanilla arch and same thing happened, but pop os and fedora didn’t have this issue. I am not sure if it is arch related or device specific. so please help !! thank you 🙂

I've had this in the past with Networkmanager, removing (or forgetting, I forget what it is called) and adding the network again seemed to fix ...
