Nextcloud, 100%. Not even a question. A while back there was a major falling out with the company and the reason they're so similar is Nextcloud was a fork of Owncloud. Nextcloud is Owncloud with a much more truly open source, community minded set of folks behind it. And IMO it's garnered much more attention than Owncloud since then because of it.
