I personally ran nextcloud on an RPI 4 with 4 GB RAM. It was not that great. I used the nextcloudpi project. I can really recommend "nextcloudpi" but the performance on a pi definitely can't compete with the performance you'd get with known cloud solutions like onedrive and such.
