Please change your backup server settings to allow managed agents to consume the license, then perform a protection group rescan."

Disable the manually added folder 2. Under licensing, check the box that allows you to consume free licenses. I know that sounds strange, but nothing worked til I did both of those.

Once it's failed, go to C:\programdata\veeam\backup\ and sort by date modified. You're going to find a test credentials log near the top that will go into verbose detail on the precise call being made and why its failing. it's more detailed than the rescan logs, and will allow you to attempt the same calls via file explorer using the same credentials and verify the answers found.
