I did a complete evaluation of Synology's Backup for Business vs Veeam. We have a lot of small sites with 2 or 3 ESXi hypervisors running 5-8 virtual machines plus 10-30 Windows 10 workstations. There is not a lot of data changes on the servers. Each site has its own Synology NAS, and we don't do cloud backups.
