The plugin we have today does not support ConnectWise Automate (aka LabTech) v12, so the recommendation would be to take a look at Veeam Availability Console which has integration with ConnectWise Manage, and as jackmusick said there are plans to release integration between VAC and Automate soon. 3. level 2.

11.04.2018 · Re: B&R 9.5 to Synology - current best solution. The Proxy VM can be small, but as vmniels says, don't put the VM on the NAS. Put it on the production storage of the ESXi host, then attach the NAS via iSCSI, format the disk (if you use ReFS, use 64K) and create a BR on it.
