The main difference between Arch and Fedora is like the difference between this And this: Arch gives you the parts, but you have to put them together.

Arch is a rolling release with bleeding edge software, Fedora Rawhide and Debian Sid are pretty similar, however none of them is technically stable on every update since regressions and new bugs find their way there first, but they're all pretty damn good most of the time.
