I just installed manjaro KDE and then Optimus-switch on my Dell inspiron 15 7559(apparently it is a problematic laptop). It has a gtx 960m with drivers installed with mhwd. When booting in Intel mode it works fine but when I switch to the nvidia mode it boots up to a black screen. I can still access terminal with ctrl+alt+f2.

Use the journal to show messages for a boot with the issue without the nvidia module being black listed.
