NOTE: I only removed and added packages (removed Firefox, Octopi and some KDE tools i didn't like, installed Pamac and Chromium). Steps to do it:

Manjaro kde built-in interface to easily access and install themes, widgets, etc. While very user-friendly and certainly flashy.

I guess the minimal version doesn't have all the drivers, no matter what people might claim on forums. I then tried installing Manjaro full KDE and it worked perfectly. Full network wifi speed, automatically shows my shared Windows 11 folder with no configuration needed, movies play fine. And the GUI is no slower than XFCE.
