I tried raspbian and it was detecting 5ghz just fine, but when I go back to manjaro it doesn't recognise it. When my iphone is connected to the same network, I’m getting 76.51 Mbps with a 15 Ping and low latency, that’s on my slow network as Manjaro won’t see my faster 5Ghz network. However, on Manjaro Gnome, I’m at 6.22Mbps, 95 Ping with an extraordinarily high latency. This is not a machine problem.

I just installed manjaro KDE alongside win10 and it can't detect networks. My WiFi card is realtek 8821ce and I tried a host of kernel and lunch header changes to get this fixed but to no avail. In my last attempt I downgraded to kernel 4.19 and ever since my manjaro won't even boot.
