I installed adblock on my router OpenWrt with several blacklists. Ads on youtube videos are blocked with ublock installed on the browser.

I want an ad blocker that also blocks YouTube ads on everything including on Android tv. ... YT ads are hard to block on DNS level.

A fairly straightforward way to block certain sites such as Youtube is to use one of OpenWrt's adblock packages. It is possible to use the adblock package and its associated Luci web package to block Youtube by just adding the domains e.g. googlevideo.com youtu.be youtube.com
