Checked credentials for log in on desktop - work, and it is an admin account. Checked credentials for sharing - able to see and access the desktop computer via windows explorer. Changed the Registry UAC control (LUA) to 0. Changed the registry LocalAccountTokenFilterPolicy to 1. Still got nothing - server unable to install the backup agent.
