I'm trying to add a synology nas drive to the backup repository. I created a new user with admin rights, however with this user I got a access denied error.

Mar 22, 2017 · You just attach the NAS to the veeam host over iscsi. Nothing to do with veeam windows will handle the connection for iscsi and present it to veeam as another volume on the windows OS. Unfortunately, this is not true. Veeam can not backup the iSCSI volume. You can back it up via a file copy job.
